This year, OCA Greater Chicago, in partnership with the University of Chicago chapter of Dear Asian Youth, had the privilege of interviewing the owners of three restaurants participating in this year’s AAPI Restaurants week.

2. Hello Jasmine is a Taiwanese restaurant and boba shop with three locations: Chinatown, Lincoln Park, and Lincoln Square.
3. VietFive is a Vietnamese coffee shop in West Loop.
