Betty Hlavaka
With her husband, Betty Hlavaka owns AO Hawaiian Hideout, a restaurant serving ono grinds and boozy libations out of Dearborn Park. Born and raised in Chicago, she is proud to bring her food to the Chicagoland area and wants to welcome everyone and treat them like family!

Nate Domingo & Diane Antonio
Nate and Dianne are the owners of Da Local Boy Food Truck & Da Local Boy Cafe, a Hawaiian restaurant located in Waukegan serving delicious bowls and plates for lunch and dinner. They are proud to be a part of the AAPI restaurant owner community, and want to share their vision of Aloha with the Chicagoland community!

Miki’s Park
Miki’s Park is a bar and lounge serving Korean-inspired food and cocktails with live music and K-pop DJ sets. They are proud to be part of the Chicagoland AAPI restaurant community, and want to share Asian culture with whoever would like!

Kevin Yu
Kevin Yu is the founder and chef of 2D Restaurant, a hand-drawn two dimensional restaurant located in the Lake View East neighborhood. A Chicago resident since 2016, Kevin loves showcasing his Asian heritage through food and decor.

Kathy Vega Hardy
Kathy Vega Hardy is the chef and owner of A Taste of the Philippines, a Filipino restaurant located in the West Loop area of downtown Chicago. A long time cook and restaurant owner, Kathy loves showcasing Filipino food and culture to the masses.
